Sunday Evening Tea and LP! Atmosphere (Slug & Ant)are one of the artists that have remained on constant rotation since i first heard the duo back when i was thirteen.  I will keep this short because i am going to do an ‘Artist that Changed My Life’ piece on them. Anyway i have been listening to the  God Loves Ugly LP all day, it is possibly my favourite Atmosphere album simply because of the amount of classic songs on it.  Lyrically Slug was incredible, there are way to many quotable’s to mention.  My fav tracks are Godlovesugly, Fuck You Lucy, Lovelife and Modern Man’s Hustle. Atmosphere (Slug & Ant)are one of the artists that have remained on constant rotation since i first heard the duo back when i was thirteen.  I will keep this short because i am going to do an ‘Artist that Changed My Life’ piece on them.

Celebrate Love

Forme Valentines Day isn’t just about celebrating the love between couple, it is about the actual celebration of ‘Love’.  I believe that ‘Love’ has to be the foundation of your life for so many reasons, the most important of which is health and happiness. So today celebrate all the people, places, and things that you ‘Love’.

Personally I plan on celebrating ‘Love’ today by listening to good music with my true love Mary Jane, cooking a healthy meal, going for a walk through the city out to nature, spending time with my girlfriend just appreciating her and at some point calling my mom and two sisters to let them know i love them and look up to them for being the amazing beautiful women that they are.
