I first heard this track way back in the day on a Rawkus records mixtape called The Cleaner Vol. 2, it was when they were launching the new roster.  It also was the first place i heard Blue Scholars and Panacea.  Everyone knows Kardinal Offishall now but back then he was a hard working underground Toronto emcee. This Marco Polo beat is really nice and Kardinal flow is perfect for it, he also spits some hot lines.

The production on this tape is amazing, I listen to the 2pac mixtape more than his actual albums.  Any fan of 90’s rap should have a copy of this.

This is the final Biggie mixtape i’m going to upload but if I was only going to have one Biggie mixtape, this would be it. In my opinion this is the definitive Notorious B.I.G. mixtape.
